Food!

Breakfast

Teams will eat breakfast in their respective hostels. We will also provide fresh fruit at the fields for people to top up on during the morning and for those not staying in hostel accommodation.

 

Lunch

Lunch will be provided by FEED. They will be delicious and nutritious! FEED is a new Irish start up with a focus on the ethical, sustainable and  local production of hearty and healthy food. You can read all about the here. The lunches will be as follows:

DAY 1 SATURDAY – VARIETY BOX

  • Small pot of vegetable gazpacho
  • Naan Bread
  • Moroccan Spiced Chickpea and  Cranberry Salad on a bed of Spinach Leaves
  • Chunky Beetroot, Carrot, Feta Cheese and Mint Rainbow Salad
  • Almonds and Popped Quinoa

DAY 2 SUNDAY – VARIETY BOX

  • Small pot of Hummus
  • Naan Bread
  • Mexican Mixed Bean Salad on a bed of Spinach Leaves
  • Lebanese Spiced Courgette Noodles, Petit Pois, Cucumber, Goats Cheese and Mint Salad
  • Almonds and Popped Quinoa

 

Dinner

Dinner will be served at the venue. There will be two sittings depending on your teams schedule. The 8 teams finished before 5pm will eat at 5pm and the teams finishing in the later bracket will eat at 6pm, in the second sitting. Buses will leaves after each sitting to bring you back to your hostels before the party begins on Saturday night!
