The below dates are regarding Golden Keg 2014:

2013

February – August: Find pitches, talk ideas through, pick a date, come up with a tournament name, get a logo together etc., etc.

August – Announce tournament, build website, start the hype

September – Launch website, contact teams directly, watch people sign up to play, promote the tournament

October – Plan

November – Plan

December – Plan & Happy Christmas

2014

January – Registration closes on January 31st

February – Final Teamlist announced on February 1st. Player Fees due.

March – Plan more! Chase money.

April – Plan. Order Five merchandise.

May – Plan. Relax a bit, having worked so hard.

June – Schedule, seeding etc announced, get excited, cram in loads of last minute stuff.

July – Panic, party and play. In that order.
